Regret doesn't help

4回生始まって初専攻授業。
today, I attended my majoring class for the first time
after spring vacation was over.

・・・留学行ってらした方々との英語力の違いを
まざまざと見せつけられたような気がした。
some of the students in the class have studied abroad for a
year, others have lived in foreign countries for a couple of years.
when i lisited to their self-introduction, i was a little bit shocked to
realise that their english is totally different from mine.
they spoke so fruently and their accent was clear.
・・・・Got, so embarrased. why my english is so poor?

最近、英語学習をさぼっていたツケがきたね、こりゃ。
